HOT HULA fitness - Home Fitness DVD Set Filming Experience

It seemed like a long time from developing HOT HULA fitness to creating the three DVD set that is coming out by May.  It has been a challenge and a lesson.  One lesson I found about myself is that though it took a few years of trying various dances and being in front of many people, it is still hard for me to watch myself on film.  You would think that after filming for a few days, I would be comfortable watching myself over and over again during the editing of the workouts.
